Getting Started

How do I add my first card?+

Tap the Scan button to use AI scanning, or go to Collection → Add Card to enter details manually. You can also import a CSV from other apps.

Is AgentGRaiL free?+

Yes! You can track up to 50 cards and run 10 AI scans on the free plan. Pro plans start at $9/month for unlimited tracking.

What sports and cards are supported?+

We support Baseball, Basketball, Football, Hockey, Soccer, and Pokémon cards from any brand (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, PSA, BGS, and more).

AI Scanning

How accurate is the AI grading?+

Our AI gives an A–E condition estimate (A = Gem Mint, E = Poor). For most cards it's within one grade of PSA/BGS. The AI improves as more cards are scanned.

What does low confidence mean?+

If the AI shows a yellow warning (below 70% confidence), it means the image was unclear or the card is unusual. Review the result carefully before saving.

Can I correct an AI grade?+

Yes — on the scan result page you can override the grade before saving. Your correction helps train the AI to improve over time.

eBay Pricing

How are prices calculated?+

Prices come from recent eBay sold listings. We show the average of the last 10 comparable sales for your card's player, year, brand, and grade.

How often are prices updated?+

Prices are refreshed when you view a card or when your daily price sync runs (usually overnight).

Why is my card showing no price?+

Some rare or low-volume cards have no recent eBay sales. Try removing the grade filter or broadening the search.

Billing & Plans

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes — cancel from Settings → Billing. You keep Pro access until the end of your billing period.

Is there an annual discount?+

Yes! Annual billing saves ~20% vs monthly. Switch in Settings → Billing.

Do you offer refunds?+

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your first charge. Contact support@agentgrail.ai.

Data & Privacy

Can I export my data?+

Yes — go to Settings → Account → Export My Data to download a JSON file with your entire collection.

Is my card data shared?+

Never. Your collection is private by default. You can optionally share a public link from Settings → Profile.

How do I delete my account?+

Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data within 30 days.
